Upper Body and Core Workout #MAVENMOVES

I hope you enjoy my new 3o min upper body and core workout. I always stray away from filming these types of workouts because they are not my forte. I have scoliosis and have always struggled with building strength and balance in my upper body/core. However, this is the real me and the real workouts that I do.
