Gua Sha for TMJ Syndrome & Facial Tension

Say hello to one of my favorite self-care routines. It’s called gua sha and it’s been around since the paleolithic age. This ancient Chinese medicine healing practice is used to relieve tension, encourage lymph drainage, break up fascia and boost blood circulation! I’m not a massage therapist or a gua sha expert by any means but what I can tell you is that this feels amazing and really helps relieve tension and clicking in my jaw.
